We had a meeting here and everything went perfectly! It's a great facility because of the staff. Jacki at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Marcus with sales was very professional and working with him was very easy. Our banquet captain (i'm so sorry I did not catch your name) was great and one step ahead of us every time. He had everything ready and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Not one bad apple at this property!
The sleeping room was cozy and quiet. I was on the 2nd floor and was dreading the hwy traffic noise but I did not hear anything all night. The meeting room was on the 10th floor which is different but we loved it, nice views with no lobby noise. The concierge lounge is on the 9th floor with beautiful views and the food was great too!
