looks nice and i m sure it s great for rich people...

looks nice and i m sure it s great for rich people, but if you re on a budget for san japan and think well i can splurge a little for the hosting hotel think again.

no free breakfast, wifi is spotty at best, no microwave in the room (at least not in the deluxe suites) and the fridge doesn t get that cold and neither does the AC. i ve also been hearing loud music from a downstairs suite along with an incessantly barking dog down the hall since i arrived.

the cafe downstairs is overpriced and mostly has dry sandwiches and a limited amount of pizza. the bar is likely similarly overpriced. overall, it s convenient if you have the money, and extremely disappointing if you re just a conventioneer trying to find something to eat at midnight.

the only reason why i m giving it two stars is because the front desk folks are super kind and gave us an extension on parking and some safety pins for our cosplays.
