This must be by far the worst delivery company that has ever existed, do not use them, look at their numerous 1 star rating, if I could give them negative stars I would. I have paid for overnight delivery and waited the entire day, even an hour after I finished work with nobody around, called them about 7 times or more, they said the driver had loaded too much and didn't get to delivery it the 1st time around, then they told me he was going for the second round and it was meant to be delivered by 5pm, I called at 5pm and they said there wasn't meant to be a delivery until tomorrow and they don't know why I was told there would be. Then I started crying because this delivery was very important, enough to pay $30 for overnight from NSW to Melbourne, Delivery to location was only 25mins from their Depot! Then they said I could pick it up from Depot and they close at 8pm, to wait for a call to tel me when it's ready for pick up! I am absolutely disturbed by the service of this company. The same thing happened to one of my co-workers this year. Would you think they at least compensate a person? Think in the negative again. By the way it was my father in laws birthday as well so that would mean leaving his place on his birthday gathering to pick up what was meant to be delivered on priority. P.S. I tried to call the depot at 6pm and the phones of course were closed. Now I wonder when and how I will be receiving my goods.
