I honestly had a great experience while I was shopping and purchasing my car, Lee was wonderful and patient with me. However, I put a large amount for the down payment on my car, only for them to lose verification of the down payment. I received a voicemail THREE WEEKS LATER from them saying that since there was no record of it, they would need to collect it.. even though the person who called me was the one who swiped my debit card. His tone was very offensive and I am extremely annoyed that I have to send more bank statements just to prove I paid it. My car was also not detailed or cleaned very well, and it had fleas. I had to pay a detailing company to clean it and spray for fleas and bugs. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
