I have been a very royal customer. I have been trusting them and bringing my car to them for services for over a year. I also did major maintenance with them so spent thousands of dollars with them. Last year summer, they recommended me to change all four tires which I did. They charged me for over $2,000 which I was hoping their service would deserve that price.

Last month, when I brought my car to them for service again, they suggested me to change tires again. I asked them why I have to change ties again within such short time and they said someone put too much air in my tires so they worn out quickly than usual. They tried to indicate that was someone else but I am 100% sure no one else has touched my tires other than themselves. After I pointed that out, they tried to argue it was because the temperature change which doesn t make sense either because I changed tires in summer, so the temperature would only go down not up.

We ended up with no conclusion on that service day. I had to go home and described the situation in text when they send me the customer service text. They responded saying they will investigating but I didn t even hear them back. Tried to follow up but no one else cares. I am extremely disappointed. I hope I at least get a reasonable explanation.
