Had amp security installed less than 1 year ago. Skybell isn't working, called to get a tech sent out...it's going to take a month for them to come out. How ridiculous is that?! The tech department needs more appointment times for people who work 9-5pm aa well and weekend options. How is a tech department only going to have M-F 9-5pm options when most people work until 5pm??!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!
