Update: I was contacted personally by one of the Managers who apologized and said that I was a valued customer. For that reason I decided to stay again at the hotel and this stay has been 100% different. My feather free room was available when I checked in. The manager I spoke with also left me a nice note and voucher. The room was clean and comfortable.

This was one of my favorite hotels because of the area and how modern it is BUT the last two times I've stayed here I've had problems. Last month my sheets were dirty and this time I had dirty towels. Really disappointed.
