As a CUSTOMER, I must say that West Pierce Fire & Rescue is doing an average job in serving the community. Their response time is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff seems knowledgeable and professional, but the level of empathy and compassion could be higher. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
