AWFUL SERVICE
we have to restart internet MINIMUM 10 times a DAY!! GO WITH BELL INSTEAD!!
We ve had west man for 7 years!!!

Can t watch a full movie without it stopping.

Called and was told sorry that s how it is

!!About to move and advised we are not happy with service and what to do on move date - was told to try using your modem you have now we stated that it s clearly defective or the service needs adjusting - was told just try

We are switching to BELL on Monday , we spoke with a rep there and they were WAY MORE pleasant to deal with and were happy to give us a cheaper rate due to our awful experience with west man. They also are sending someone to hook up the internet right away when westman wouldn t even come look at the problem!!!!
