I noticed some people mentioned Melody on these reviews.. I have been with Talance for at least 7-8 years and Melody Contreras is my contact there. She was ALWAYS so helpful! One time the client I was working for lost his data in iCloud and there was possibility I would have to re-enter all that data manually. I called her to let her know that I might not meet deadline for the project. She offered to come during weekend and help me to put the data in... luckily we could reach iclouds and get the data back. But I felt so grateful inside that she was there for me in case I needed some help. Thank you, Melody, your offer was priceless.
