We had our first holiday with Tots to Travel last year when we stayed at the Villacana Resort. The whole experience was brilliant from start ti finiah. Their agents are so helpful and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to help us find the best match for our family and budget. Fantastic customer service. The resort was fantastic. Very child friendly, plenty to do for us and the kids and most importantly fantastic staff who were so friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable with the added bonus of a lovely little garden. They had thought of everything you need for young children making it such an easy holiday. The whole family loved it and the kids, who were only 4 and 2 at the time, have asked about when they can go back regularly. We have already booked to go back next summer. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be looking at their other resorts in the future too.
