My bathroom wasn't cleaned when I checked in. The towels were changed but floor wasn't swept the counter wasn't wiped and the garbage wasn't taken out. I cleaned it myself. Then the next day my room wasn't cleaned at all. I called the front desk about this at 5pm and just asked that they send up towels. I called back 2 more times before the towels finally arrived at 9pm.
