I came to the appeal process knowing it would be a long wait. The challenge for me would be how I would survive the wait emotionally and financially. My attorney, Mr. John Driskill, did a fabulous job in preparing me before the hearing. He is patient, honest and smart. The Judge (to my surprise) gave me a favorable ruling within 10 minutes into hearing.
