The best thing about TH's service, for me, is that I finally have another option and am able to CANCEL TODAY! We've been customers for 10 years (!!)...all of them lousy. Service is expensive, slow and unreliable. Tech support, which we seek OFTEN, usually boils down to "Reset it...if that doesn't work, the problem is on your end." I got to the point that I would accept AWFUL or NO service rather than call f'n customer "service" again and deal with half an hour of pointless frustration on the phone. I could go on and on, but the review (below) by Jeffry Marler EXACTLY mirrors my experience...read his review and believe it!

The bottom line is this company has a near monopoly over it's rural, internet hungry customers, who have no (or few) other options. This entitles them to overcharge and under-provide.

But - happy day for me - I'm calling right now to cancel my service! Yay!
