This place could be so much better, and make a lot more money for its owners, if it could just sort out the key issue, its staff!

There is a lack of knowledge, care and interest all around. Employees do not want to be at tills and would much rather loiter aimlessly in the corners avoiding interactions with customers. We usually go as a group of 4-6 people and we often give up on ordering multiple rounds of drinks or food because it is so difficult to get staff to:

1. serve or
2. deliver

it almost feels as though they are willing to turn down money, incredible as it may seem!?

The concept of TopGolf is amazing and it is incredibly fun, even for amateurs or people that may think they do not like golf. The scoring system enables everybody to stay at a competitive level. However, the overall experience, until you get to your booth, is often painstaking and slow.

Note: Staff will also not give you an estimate of the time it will take for your bay to become available, which is again unhelpful. If you are in position:

0 - 10: expect 1 hour
11 - 20: expect 2 hours
21 - 30: expect 3 hours
