We recently had a nightmare plumbing issue. It was mid week after 8 pm. The water damaged was to the extent that it effected our downstairs ceiling. We live in a very rural area and contractors are far and few..I knew I had to have help and it needed to be with in hours. I called and the central number and spoke with a representative. Within 30 min. I had a call back from the folks at East Asheville. We were able to determine that our situation was stable enough to wait until the morning. They went over all the measures we had taken to minimize the damaged and we agreed to meet them in the morning. They arrived on time, ready to address the issues. They were knowledgeable, professional, polite and effective. The follow-up was beyond my expectations or my common experience here in McDowell County NC. I am confident our recovery will be swift and cost effective due to the quick response by this outfit. Thanks so much for for all your help.
