Stay away from the service department! They got caught in several lies today!

So I brought in my Toyota to get an oil change!

They called me up to say that I have $6,900 worth of issues that need to be addressed today! All Tires worn, all brake pads/rotors worn, and other issues!

Toyota said I had 2mm of brake pads left, in reality they are almost brand new brake, look at the photos.

Then Toyota said, my tires need to be replaced ASAP. They said the tread is almost gone! What are they smoking, look at the photos. I was at Costco yesterday to get my tires rotated and they did their tire inspection and said tires are in great shape.

I do NOT trust these people at all. Is their service department on commission??
