Called over 10 times throughout the day from morning to later in the evening and either got a busy signal or left on hold listening to the same automated messages over and over again endlessly. One time I was sent straight to a voicemail. I even tried going to the website to book services and the booking tool is broken and doesn't let you select any dates after putting all of your information in. Never succeeded in speaking to an actual person and moved on to other providers.
