division director p of tomin sent a threatening letter he refused to call in sick and sent sick employee a threatening letter. his wife because things saw and heard that should not be allowed in the sheltered workplace. [bullying, intimidating etc] her supervisor received this email and bullied and intimidated her so that she collapsed at home spiritually.I her husband reported her sick to this supervisor.response from this supervisor she is not ill but has a work conflict.I I sent several emails to tomin that the manager made her sick. I had also lodged a complaint with the municipality of Hilversum Social Square. She refused to help more later. Then my wife will receive a letter stating that she must report to Tomin. is sick I call the manager with the question may I join.no if the manager was my answer then we unfortunately can not come. Then we get the letter from the director in which he writes that my wife refused to come.and if she now does not come tomin does not know if she is really sick and they spend vacation hours. is and that I have to come. For the 2nd time I call her manager if I can come again I am refused by him. Then I tell him that I have to come with our. [my wife has collapsed mentally do you remember?] then the manager and human resources come before play doctor and try to get her back to work. I clearly say no I am ignored also my wife sighs no she starts crying human resources gives her a handkerchief but both continue to talk to her just as long as she admits to work again eltelijk.dan told human resources that i am not welcome at tomin they will never invite me. when my wife comes home she collapses mentally again. I then sent an email to the manager that I consider responsible for making my wife sick. Immediately the next day we were called by arbo tripple one.and what was the result my woman was sick. we had taken on a lawyer because the hilversum municipality refused to help my wife antw we are worried but are not your employer. in the meantime we received information from our lawyer that the manager admitted that she may be my wife had tackled it too hard [if she does this for my wife she can also admit that she does this for others too, this is what my wife saw and heard. then we get a mediator home from tomin who is told that tomin is not a social workplace but is a normal workplace and that tomin is the boss. told our lawyer that he did not refuse at all. to invite me. then a termination contract has been chosen. this contract is many times worse than the threatening letter. written by other director of tomin. municipality hilversum.dit is because the national ombudsman wrote a letter to the municipality. don't you think it is strange that director leaves per 1-7-2019 I think it has to do with my story. soon new director will come for the national ombudsman's result.
