Even though the location is great, new management and the Guerra family seem pretty detached with the concept of hospitality and unprepared to handle very simple situations such as service animals in an outdoor seating environment. We only stayed for one night after the general manager kept following us around the premises insisting on us showing my girlfriend's support animal's identification (which is illegal) and the owner's son Antonio saying it was irrelevant and threanten with legal action and adding fees to our bill. Overall, more than terrible, this was a traumatic experience, having a general manager yelling at our faces every time we leave the room holding hands with an owner looking at security cameras for disruptive behavior on a service animal that is less 18lbs can hardly be called competent staff.
