ACCF blew up all of my preconceived notions of what CrossFit is. The gym is a really tight, but open-armed, community. As someone who lacked the discipline to really stick with my own program (or that of a workout partner) while sinking money into Gold s Gym, I cant recommend this place enough.

I always thought CrossFit was prohibitively expensive, but the level of instruction, feedback, and encouragement you get at this gym means you re the one that s coming out ahead financially. I attend an average 3-4 classes a week, often times with only handful of classmates in my early early class, and it works out to basically 10 bucks an hour. There is NO PLACE that will give you the functional equivalent of a personal trainer for that rate. Throw in the nice, clean bathroom/showering facilities, and you ll have no problem making class at ACCF a necessary part of your daily routine.
