Great concept and experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Impressed with the facility and animal environments. Wasn't initially sure about the required donation upon arrival, but felt I should have donated more after the experience. Bring binoculars (or rent for $5) and comfy shoes. Can get windy on the bridge walk. Highly recommend visiting and supporting.
