My wife and I visited St. Charles Toyota to see a particular car. Bob Pearson, expecting our visit, met us cordially and worked with us to quickly get us into the car for a test drive. I appreciated his awareness that our time is valuable to us, and as we worked with Bob to purchase the car, he moved us along smoothly through the process. The dealership is as easy to work with as Bob Pearson, and from our experience, both Bob and St. Charles Toyota deserve a "top-notch" designation.
