Have owned a 1 bed flat for 5-5 years. - they bought out F& S Property Management about 3 years ago and then the hassle started. Have never lived there, it is let, so can only comment on the service charges which are hiked up every year. Currently waiting for a an explanation as to how they can justify this year's bill which is 24.4% higher than last year and includes such items increases as +107% in communal electricity ,+100% on Bulk Refuse Removal, Grounds Maintenance - +58% to name but 3.
Anyone else got the same concerns? 1 star is too generous!
