I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline from Tom Kadlec Honda yesterday (11/11/2013). I just wanted to note how great the experience was! I worked with Neal Moen (Sales Consultant) and he did an excellent job of working with me without the typical dealership pressure to buy. The Ridgeline I was looking for was not in stock at their location. But, they did go out of their way on a crappy Minnesota winter day to get the Ridgeline I was looking for from a different Honda dealer that day. When I came to pick up the truck yesterday evening, Neal went over all the features of the vehicle in detail. Neal also called this evening to follow up on how we are doing with the new vehicle and if we had any questions. I just want to say thank you for the great experience and I plan on using Tom Kadlec Honda when we can afford to upgrade our CR-V. Oh, and one more thing... "Neal's Got The Deals!"
