Part of our contract was to have a check engine issue fixed on the car. After over a month and at least four full days of leaving the car to get diagnosed and repaired, the issue is still not resolved. Communication has been lackluster at best and quickly degrading as they don't seem to want to bother with our car anymore. Phone calls and messages go unanswered. Appointments are delayed or pushed back. Parts go days unordered or unshipped. They seem happy to take your money up front but the service seems to stop there. At this point it is costing us much more than just the lost work for appointments and time in travel and going without a car.
Steer clear of this place.
