If I could give it to zero Stars I would. My ex-husband is in there now he had a complete psychotic breakdown was put in there Tuesday and they are releasing him today which is 2 Days Later. He is seeing things he forgets talking to people he thinks people are trying to kill him. I said this is all normal you think it's okay to release them they said yes I said I want to speak to the doctor the doctor has never called me back. I deal with staff that has no idea what they're doing. I'm not a licensed professional but I highly doubt any of them are either. For them to think he's okay to be released is absurd. There are not a lot of options in this area and it sad that this is basically the only option. We are sending my ex-husband to another state to actually get the help he needs. As I read in another comment this place is criminal. They want to push people out quickly to get as much money as they can. Knowing MassHealth will only pay so much as soon as they reach the full amount they're going to kick them out on their butt. They completely misdiagnosed my ex-husband. Sleep deprivation really? He has lead poisoning he's had since he was 8 they completely ignore that fact. They ignored everything. And then put them on the wrong meds. They didn't look in his past history or anything. Do not go there
