Started off well but I had a booking through travel zoo for King premier room ocean view... yeah I got the ocean view on the side of the building looking at parked cars and a coast guard boat. Didn t let it bother me but when I tried to work the TV nothing turned on and I m not about to deal with the dust accumulating behind the TV stand. Thank goodness for my iPad and WiFi. The bathroom area you can tell was barely touched or cleaned properly... hiiii COVID? I have picture how the dust is settles where they put the complimentary soap and they had a shoe shine cloth box.. yeah it was used! Smh by then I just wanted the night to be over. Got a great deal and this was one of my main hotel I ve always wanted to experience and sad that was shot! I ve had more clean and better experience at a simple holiday inn express at that. And I pay half of what I had pay here. You re only getting stars due to providing WiFi without an issue and the valet people and the lady who checked me out! Other then that I m all set.
