You can look companies up and file a complaint with them. BCA has been the closest thing to any relief we have had when fighting the fraudulent FSTAMPAY. This company will go so far as to copy and paste and forge your name to a contract. They put in a final response to BCA after several rebuttals that they were going to remove the negative collections from my credit history. Then ONE WEEK LATER, ZAPPED MY CREDIT FOR COLLECTIONS AGAIN!
