This company advertises 24 hour emergency repair service but that is a lie. I called last night (Wednesday night) at 9pm to see If we could get someone out because our outside unit would not turn on and it was already 80 degrees in the house, the person that took the call took all my information and said the technician would give me a call to let me know when they where on their way. Five minutes later I received a call from the tech who stated he was booked up on calls for the night and that I would need to call back in the morning and they could have someone come out this morning (Thursday morning). I promptly called at 8am and was told that the earliest they could have someone out was MONDAY!!!! THATS FIVE DAYS FROM NOW!!!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THIS COMPANY GET OFF ADVERTISING A 24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE YET THEY CAN'T SEEVICE YOU FOR 5 DAY!!!! THIS IS JUNE IN TEXAS AND ITS 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE, THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! We have always used fox for our service needs but no more.
