It's a very nice place. Good rooms, lots to do. The only issue was that we requested a late check-out through Sheraton, which was confirmed, but they couldn't honor it. Not cool.

Edit: Appreciate the reply. I'm not blaming the actual resort as much as Sheraton itself. If a particular resort can't offer or honor late check out, it shouldn't be listed as an option on the website at all.
