Once again, Matt Kail at David McDavid Honda of Frisco provided service way above and beyond my expectations. I am alone at home recovering from a large, difficult surgery, and my HR-V failed to start. Without my having to ask, Matt immediately sent a technician who jumped my vehicle and drove it to the dealership, where Matt personally oversaw the evaluation to determine why my battery failed for the third time in less than a year. He ultimately replaced the battery and delivered the vehicle back to me. All of it was covered under warranty, without any effort on my part. I ve owned several Hondas over many years and have worked with many service advisors at multiple dealerships in 3 states, and have become accustomed to a very high level of service. None, however, have even come close to the level of personalized, professional care that Matt provides. He has been overseeing the service of 3 of my vehicles over 14 years, and he never fails to meet and exceed my hopes and expectations. For this most recent experience, I am profoundly grateful. This is a superior Honda dealership that provides service that is second to none. Thank you, Matt!!
