Do not use their "Express" delivery. It's a scam and it won't arrive at the time they promise. Once the package gets to Canada, it takes days to be delivered to you because they try to deliver your package in the morning when there's not one at home. If the driver missed a delivered attempt, and you try to contact the customer service to request a pickup, they tell you, that you can't schedule pickup because the package is on the road, and the driver might try another delivery attempt (which never happens). So you have to wait after the driver has brought back the package to the sorting facility which is usually happens after business hours, so you waste another day to schedule the pickup. They told me that they don't have communication with the truck drivers or not have ways to send them messages.
