Ask for Marcus when you walk in; polite, professional, knowledgeable and a listener. I highly recommend working with Marcus. I told him about a car I saw on the website, and I was only looking today, not pulling a trigger. He immediately told me the car was still available and he would bring it around. We took it for a ride, he answered all my questions about features and benefits, carfax, ownership etc. There was never an, "I don't know, I'm not sure" or BS story about where it came from and how great of a deal it is. Price never came up until it had to. When the time came I had all the info I wanted and needed to go compare. I received 3 follow up emails from the time I left (around 5pm) and when I called Marcus to see the car again (10am the next morning). These emails were from Lauren who manages Internet listings and sales, and from Marcus. Each thanking me for coming in, making sure my needs were met and overall, simply making sure I enjoyed my time at the dealership. That was the first time I had experienced that from a car dealer. My second visit (the next morning) was another test drive (car was out front, running and ready for me), one more discussion on price/ trade-in value and I drove my new car home that afternoon. Ask for Marcus, enjoy the tour, test drive a car and you'll buy one at the price that works for you. I highly recommend Marcus and Herb Chambers of Hingham
