Very efficient and professional service delivery.
I called a several Solar companies prior to selecting Captain Green Solar. I spoke to Matthew and he explained the process very clearly, gave me the pricing indication and sent me the quotation on the same day (unlike others who took around a week to just provide a quotation)
Within less than a week of selecting their service, a date was scheduled for installation. Communication was excellent and documents were to the point.
Installation team was friendly and professional. We were working from home on the day and they got the work done with minimum interruptions. Also, didn't break any roof tiles :) . Explained everything that we need to do after.
Within a week post-installation, all warranties were sent via email.
The panels are working as expected. Checking my Electricity account, I've already started to see how it would reduce my bill. But it's too early to come in to conclusions regarding that.
Overall Captain Green Solar is highly recommended.
