I have lived with this hideous place for 30 years. The desire and euphoria in purchasing a car ends when I have to regularize it as prescribed by law in the DMV of BH. The last time I was there, I paid a dispatcher to get the documentation on the Friday before Carnival, I spent more than 4 hours waiting for a 2020 document to come out. Amazing ........ system down! I left home at 6:30 pm, without a car ID.
