I have worked for the Barnegat School District for a few year subbing with no issues. Recently they hire Insight Workforce to take over their substitute teacher jobs. I went to their on boarding session on September 26 gave all my paper work and transferred my finger prints.I received an email and text stating that my application was almost complete on October 1, so emailed to see what else they needed. They still have not respond to the email! I called on October 3rd since no response from the email and the person said they had everything they needed I should receive an email with a bar code and my ID badge should be mailed in a few days. I never received an email or ID badge. I called again on 10/11/19, the person who answered was very rude! After several attempts to get an answer on why I haven't received my ID badge, she told me that I was approve and had no idea why I wasn't getting my ID or emails. She told me she was going to look into it and get back to later that day. I still have not hear back from her. (10/15/19)! I have never worked for a company or school district that doesn't return emails or phone calls!!!

Follow up: Someone called but I didn't have my phone with me. I tried call back @ 4:55 pm but no one picks up. I was on hold for 5 minutes then sent of to a voicemail.
