I drove across town to pick up a prescription while the office was open. This prescription was ready and could not be called in. I left work early to pick it up. I was told they only give out prescriptions until 4:30pm., 1/2 hour before closing.
I asked for their help in a professional manner. I was told to come back at 7:30am the next day.
This customer service is discraceful.
