The hotel is conveniently located and has great breakfast, especially their Indian food. The business center is also nice, with the lady inside letting me in 10 minutes before it opened.

I was very put off however by the front desk employee, Uman (I believe his name was). Either very rude or apathetic or unhelpful, he does not represent the service required for a Hyatt hotel.
