Hotel itself is great. Restaurant and waitstaff are good as well. However, and this is a big however, the bus service to parks and Disney Springs is abysmal. Really be prepared to WAIT A LOT (possibly often in the rain). They don't run on time and there's always an excuse for the hours of time you lose. Alternatively be prepared to spend money on cabs (but go with uber or lyft--cabs are run by Mears which is the same company that can't run the busses on time so it's like rewarding them for being bad).
