I have fear when dealing with auto mechanics, plumbers, and electricians.. They are always finding something wrong besides what I hired them for and the bill goes haywire by hundreds of dollars. They give estimates but when you think job is complete it's..."oh by the way we found and fixed yada yada". Dawson understood I wanted a portable generator installation and they came out and looked over where my circuit boxes were, where the generators was going to be, etc.
When they arrived, on time might I note, Donovan went right to work. He worked steady for hours on the hottest day you can image and I just kept handing him bottles of water. When he was done he explained everything about not only operating the machine but operating it in a safe manner....he showed me the new panel that was installed and how to read it and the action I should take when a blackout occurs.
The only change in my bill was the tax amount added...what they estimated is exactly what was charged...what a relief. I gave Donovan a big hug for making my life a lot more comfortable during a blackout.

Im having this company come back out for two other projects and Im hoping Donovan will be available and if not,, I trust Dawson Electric company to have other workers who are as much an asset to this company as Donovan is but I will keep my fingers crossed that he's available.
