I leased and recently purchased a BMW from Sterling BMW. Both times the administration process was abominable. The latest issue - I have been following up since April about the car title and reimbursement for a missing personal item that was lost when the pre-purchase cleaning was being done. No follow-up and no results. I still have not received the title or reimbursement. Heading back to Passport BMW - they are truly the BEST!
