- beds were too hard

- beds were too hard
- not enough electrical outlets in room
- a la carte offerings at Circles subpar (chewy bacon, feta cheese in Greek salad wasn t crumbled, wait staff does not know how to pour wine, sirloin steak was not sirloin, wait staff unfamiliar with menu)
