We had a dead water heater. I sent a message at night and they called me the next morning. Dispatch jumped the gun a bit saying they'd be there in 30 mins and they weren't but once Jake arrived, he was great ! Explained everything completely, offered options and got to work. Even when they ran into trouble getting new lines put in, he was so calm and courteous. He worked until 9 pm to make sure it was done correctly. Great technician !!
