Rude staff except for 1-2, lost payments, extra random charges they can explain and they bypass your questions transfer you to someone else that cant help you. Nothibg by lies and lost money that never gets taken off my bill and if my utilitys are less than 100$ why am i paying over 800$/month living in low income housing...odsp doesnt even know and they just keep upping my payments.
