What I do not like in this practice is that they do not put the customer at the center and if you say something then you only hear the employees at the desk justify their working methods. Do not even try to think along and see opportunities for improvement.
Two things are against me the most:
1) You think you have an appointment with a dental hygienist but in fact they are Prevention Assistants. What does it matter? Many, look at Google what the educational differences are. I also like transparency, why are not you told that you are at a PA? Why is this being secretly done?
2) I'll be like a regular dentist, I do not in any appointment to someone else to go. That's what I indicate from the beginning though. Yet performing practice or to ask you each time for a surprise when you walk in the treatment shows a yet unknown face. I really like to me here, they did not even bother to take questions before the client if they find it good.
If you report this at reception they come with all sorts own invented truths why they can not do this. What I find this an incomprehensible attitude ta.v. customers. And if you say about going to switch to another dentist makes the receptionists really matter.

So I am looking for a new honest dentist.
