Politeness isn't a lot to ask for. Now the full story: I watch a movie there and one hour after the end I come back because I forgor my scarf on the seat. They can't allow me in, because they say there is another movie playing, which is obviously fair, and then they ask me to come back next day, as the wait would be 2 hours. So there I come, and start to explain my story, when I am forcefully interrupt by a staff member who says I already asked it before today and that they have nothing for me, without even checking. I know one impolite person doesn't necessarily represent all, but in this business you are as weak as your weakest link, so that's my review. Perhaps I changed my mind someday about it.
