I can t say enough good things about the CoVA Real Estate Team! The sale of our town home in Suffolk couldn't have gone more smoothly. We received multiple offers and accepted one that was above our asking price within only a few short days of listing. We closed on the property on time and without any issues. Christen gave us great advice for prepping our home for sale and Shannon took gorgeous photos of our property. The marketing was truly superb!

The purchase of our new home in Yorktown took a bit longer than expected, but Christen was so patient with us as we searched for the perfect home. She used every avenue available to ensure we had access to as many homes as possible within our strict parameters. When it came down to contract negotiations and follow up, she went above and beyond to ensure that all agreed upon work was performed - taking on many tasks that should have fallen to the seller's agent. She did what she had to do to get us into our ideal home within our timeline, and for that we couldn't be more thankful!

Yes, buying and selling a home is stressful - there is no way around it!
