Review of Juka Dojo

I was hesitant about commenting on the development...

I was hesitant about commenting on the development of the past months of the study. But the partly strange perception and reaction of the studio management to the evaluations of my pre-critics prompt me to present my point of view.

The best times of the Juka Dojo Nienstedten seem to be over. For me there was no better choice at the beginning of my membership despite limited opening times. The studio was a stone's throw away from the office and is functionally furnished, the experienced trainer has introduced me very well in the individual devices, there was no repair backlog and the personal care by the coach has animated me to ambitious training goals. Last but not least me as average age-lowering member has addressed the wide range of courses.

Today I see a clear orientation of the course offerings to the sensitivities of the generation 70+. This is reflected in the reduced barbell training, among other things. Each square meter of the studio space is set in sales-maximizing value. The simplest repairs in the sanitary area and individual appliances take weeks. Employees (if they do not have an agreed care appointment) are more or less impassive on the studio floor.

As an entrepreneur, I have great understanding that not every salary requirement on the part of the workforce can be given. However, the central service providers should be remunerated according to their commitment and ability. I was particularly struck by the case of Frederike, who did an excellent job in all areas of the studio. She knew almost every member by her first name, actively sold and guided the FIVE space, was part of the course program, supervised the members of the MILON circle and, as we have explicitly mentioned, actively corrected and promoted members in all studio areas , She has (as well as Georgia, which today only gives courses) immediately seen if someone has trained wrong. And that's exactly what the newcomers do not do. In part, it is due to their somewhat shy personality, partly probably due to the lack of expertise. In this respect, there can be no question of a "further development of the team".

My urgent request to the two managing AG shareholders Ralf Trierweiler and Manfred Kartheuser is:

Make Juka Dojo great again!
