Location! Location! Location! The charm of the hotel and the friendliness of the hotel staff has been a must for me for over 20 years when it comes to Hamburg. From the bed you can admire the ocean giants, unique with addictive factor!

Super nice employees in the beach sales. Good advice, nicely decorated and really funny. Despite Corona, you make the sale possible and sell wine, beer, coffee, Aperol, etc. out of the house. Keep it up and come back soon!
I was not in the hotel, but in the beach bar. Location unbeatable, ambience also nice. Prices not cheap, but that's ok for the location. Unfortunately, deduction for the staff - unlearned, slow and uncertain. And in Hamburg you should already know what an Alster water is ...
We stayed in the suite and absolutely thrilled! A fantastic view of the Elbe, the designer interior, super friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast ..... PERFEKT *****

Okay, everything is a bit worn ... but the service / staff really great, breakfast with a view of the water, although we had to arrive at night in the rain had experienced a great service. Location of the hotel is of course a dream in the stairwell of Blankenese ...
Very nice house in Bellevue style. Worth seeing and a good starting point for a tour of the Treppenviertel.
We "only" enjoyed the outside area and it was fantastic. View of the Elbe, with a clear blue sky.
Actually it wasn't open yet because we were a little early. We then fetched drinks inside and they went down to the cellar as the drinks in the fridge had only just been placed in the fridge and were not really cold yet. We found that very attentive.
As I said, I can highly recommend the outside area.

We spent a weekend in March in Hamburg. The beach hotel has a fantastic location right on the Elbe, the view from the room at sunset is breathtaking. Also the view at the breakfast is very special. The old villa impresses with its unique charm and tells stories from old Blankenese to today. Various restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, the Treppenviertel and Blankenese to explore directly. So our short trip was very successful. Nevertheless, there is a star deduction: the bathroom was so narrow that a strong person would not make it into the shower. Although everything was very clean, a bit of care was missing, a tile in the shower was loose, the shower wall leaking, the soap dish crooked, the only towel rack, so crooked that the towels slipped on the floor, for wet shower towels there was no Space. The large mirror in the room was in the closet door, but this only to open so far that you could not look at it. There was no shelf for the suitcases. To put the clothes in the closet, one had to put the suitcases on the bed, desk or floor. For a hostel that would be okay, but at this price range I would expect a simple comfort. My last wish would be a kettle. Since there was only breakfast in the hotel, a hot nightcap in the cold March-Hamburg would have been very nice. Nevertheless, we would not miss the night in the beach hotel.
Cozy atmosphere, nice service, however, is discouraged by the cake .... thawed good and cheap cake from the tk department, gaaaaaanz resentment.

Wonderful boutique hotel on the Elbe River in the Blankenese area of Hamburg. The room was spacious, the breakfast was good, and the service was excellent.

Without words. - In the rooms to the Elbe one is well tuned for a short break. Beautifully decorated, very attentive, friendly service, I felt very comfortable.
In the traditional restaurant on the Elbe beach, a beautiful hotel with cozy rooms, hip ambience, nice staff, delicious breakfast and above all an unbeatable view of the Elbe was created. Housekeeping is still expandable, but overall it was a great stay.
